We are Legal Assistance, a team dedicated to supporting our clients in need of legal help. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic lawyer to join our team. The position is suitable for both graduates and experienced lawyers. What you'll be doing: Providing assistance to our clients within the framework of legal assistance/protection insurance, primarily under Czech law Drafting legal opinions on a variety of topics Handling legal matters in areas such as consumer disputes, contract disputes, damages compensation, labor law, leases, inheritance, road traffic law, internet crime, contract review, and others. Communicating actively in both Czech and English Recovering recourse claims on behalf of the employer and its contractual partners Providing legal support to other company departments when handling complex cases related to travel insurance claims or other types of insurance What you'll bring: A completed Master's degree in Law from one of the law faculties in the Czech Republic A strong willingness to learn, develop new skills, and continuously expand not only your legal knowledge Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher, especially for written communication; German or another foreign language is an advantage Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex and challenging cases with confidence Excellent communication skills and a client-oriented mindset A detail-oriented and responsible approach, with respect for internal rules and procedures What we offer: At AXA Partners, we're appreciative of the people who work for us and our rewards package is reviewed regularly to reflect that.
