This is a role within the Castrol organization, and the successful candidate will become part of the Castrol ring-fence. If you are part of the ring-fence, it is expected that your employment will move with Castrol to new ownership.

About the role
As an Indirect Procurement Manager META, you will play a key role in delivering procurement excellence across the META region (Middle East, Türkiye and Africa). Acting as a strategic partner to the business, you will ensure procurement activities are aligned with both regional priorities and global category strategies.
In this role, you will go beyond operational purchasing by challenging demand, unlocking value from third-party spend, and driving initiatives that improve efficiency, innovation, and overall business performance. You will work in a complex, matrix environment, collaborating closely with global teams, stakeholders, and suppliers.

What you will deliver
* Deliver end-to-end procurement activities aligned with business priorities and category strategies
* Drive value through effective category management, demand planning, and cost optimization
* Actively challenge business demand and identify opportunities to optimize third-party spend
* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to influence and shape procurement decisions
* Lead supplier relationships and performance, ensuring delivery excellence and continuous improvement
* Drive procurement transformation initiatives and the adoption of digital solutions, demonstrating data to enhance efficiency and improve procurement outcomes
* Collaborate across a matrix organization, ensuring alignment with global procurement teams while addressing local business needs
* Apply strong commercial judgement to deliver compliant, competitive, and risk-managed solutions
* Contribute to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

What you will need to be successful
* Proven experience in category management and end-to-end procurement
* Strong financial and commercial savvy, with a track record of delivering value and cost savings
* Experience managing cross-functional projects and working with diverse stakeholders
* Ability to operate effectively in a matrix, multinational environment
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including the ability to challenge constructively
* Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complexity and ambiguity
* Experience with indirect spend categories (e.g. marketing, professional services, facilities, CAPEX) is an advantage
* Familiarity with tools such as SAP, Power BI, and MS Office
* Fluency in English and Turkish
