* Promoting innovation management by means of internal events and training courses, participating to external events, such as conferences, for best practices, lessons-learned sessions, or building our knowledge database.
* Take part of the organisation of the 2-yearly Innovation fair
* Coordination and support of inquiries from internal departments on innovation management topics
* Support on R&A Strategy and Business Model development
* Support ADDF process and Gateways reviews
* Organise all communication related topics within the R&A community (Sharepoint, Videos, knowledge sharing,)
* Internal Sharepoint content creation for innovation related topics
* Identifying technology & innovation management tools and support their implementation
* Coordination and organisation of the quarterly R&A Board meetings and reviews
* Coordinate and support R&A PMO
* Continuous exchange with T1 Board Leaders
* Creating a transparent overview of all submitted project proposals for prioritized decision-making, also in close cooperation with controlling
* Tracking of KPIs of the R&A project portfolio
* Define and Execute the R&A portfolio process with structured tracking of all decisions and in close cooperation with controlling for all budget related topics

* Master's degree in technical or business field with a strong interest in Innovation
* Experience in project management, development or consulting is an advantage
* Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new technical and business contexts
* Very good command of written and spoken English.
* Very good communication skills and social competences
* High ability to work under pressure and independently
* Open minded to change and a dynamic environment
