Beschreibung:

The Capital DM is a critical member of the DMO organization, and requires frequent travel to the responsible markets.

The role report to the Head of Capital and work in partnership with the Aftermarket Equipment DM to form a commercial crew responsible for the overall penetration and business management of the Metso Aggregates/CNS/SVS solution offering in the area of responsibility.

Mission:
- Drive dealer process & capability development to increase dealer Metso Capital performance;
- Drive dealer capability to sell independently Metso value-adding services, CNS & SVS;
- Drive transactional activities & day to day work without being stuck in it;
- Support dealer in commercial activity at customer/customer events when required;
- Drive dealer stock management to maximite availability;
- Prioritize activities/actions to get best ROI;
- Drive overall DMO growth initiatives;
- Drive Capital Competence Development at Distributors;
- Develop relevant Business Plan and follow up execution with dealer and Aftermarket DM;
- Monitor territory and competition with dealer;
- Follow, manage and drive dealer development process;
- Follow, manage & drive dealer appointment & onboarding process;
- Follow, manage & keep distributor opportunity funnel up to date in Metso CRM tool
- Follow accounts receivable and overdue collection
- Drive competitive & market intelligence to define best way forward to drive growth;
- Support for co-op marketing, financing and training programs;
- Drive & promote Metso brand image, value and culture

Ihr Profil:

Competence: - Analytical with strong business acumen you are able to understand & interpret numbers & KPI´s; - Strong negotiation skills to defend Metso long term interest, you are able to deal/negotiate with all level at dealer organization. - Result focus, you are doing your utmost to reach and overtake your targets; - Team player, you are able to work closely with your peers and dealers; - Positive, open minded, you welcome new ideas and initiatives to drive business development in a changing world; - Technical knowledge than help you to understand technical issues; - Good knowledge of capital equipment Metso solution offering. - Develop good skills for key tools used in distributor business (My.Metso, SFDC, …) Behavior Requirement: - Ambassador of Metso , you have a code of conduct, ethics, and behavior that reflect the company goals and aspiration. - Positive & Open minded; - Team Player; - You match & embrace Metso values: High Ambition Always, Customer in Center, Working Together, Open & Honest
