What you'll be doing
Our Beauty Trainee will focus mainly on fragrances and perfumes, while also supporting makeup and beauty categories when needed. The role includes customer service, sales support, merchandising, and stock handling.
* Welcome customers and understand their needs
* Advise customers on fragrances and product selections
* Demonstrate product usage and benefits
* Support sales targets and daily store operations
* Assist with product launches and promotions
* Maintain merchandising and counter cleanliness according to brand standards
* Support stock replenishment and report shortages
* Maintain professional grooming standards

What you'll need to succeed
* Interest or experience in fragrances or beauty retail
* Passion for perfumes and beauty products
* Flexible to work retail shifts and rotate between store locations if needed
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Sales-driven mindset with the ability to support targets and KPIs
* Professional appearance and attitude
