What You Will Do
This position will be responsible for tactical planning and execution of the daily operations and strategic initiatives. The selected candidate will coordinate daily priorities between Pratt & Whitney and the 3PL, set and drive projects and lead improvement projects for the site. This role will team with Pratt & Whitney
internal customers and support organizations to ensure 100% operational capabilities.
This position requires a well-developed analyst with strong communication skills, knowledge of SAP, warehousing processes and project management.
Key Job Functions:
* Supporting the SLC operations
* Drive results across the organization to ensure GM leader's intent is met
* Communicate results to our customers and leadership teams
* Engage with 3PL and PW Management in support of daily/monthly operational goals and metrics
* Assist and support analytics and planning to support business objectives.
* Drive timely and effective identification of root cause and resolution of corrective actions.
* Identify, lead and drive results on strategic projects including SAP testing and implementations.
* Support alignment of SAP / WAWF to our US government customer
* Activities
* Utilize SAP modules and transaction codes across Warehouse Management (WM/EWM), Sales & Distribution (SD), Quality Management (QM), and Shipping/Transportation (TM) to support cross-functional operations and resolve system/process issues.
* Extract operational and master data from SAP tables using queries, reports, and custom data pulls to support business analysis and decision-making.
* Use Excel to transform, clean, and manipulate large datasets from multiple systems; create dashboards, pivot tables, and visualizations for management.
* Develop and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly,, and annual KPI reporting for warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, transportation metrics, and customer service levels.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on optimizing warehouse operations, enhancing material flow, and reducing operational waste.
* Partner closely with 3PL leadership and internal PW stakeholders to align on operational priorities, resolve issues, and drive best-in-class service for customers.
* Facilitate communication between external logistics providers and internal teams, ensuring timely execution of activities and adherence to service expectations.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
