Your role

Are you interested in the broker-dealer risk team? Are you curious and committed? We are looking for someone to:

* work in a dynamic front-office environment along with the trading desks
* assist in developing metrics and processes to mitigate risk
* assist in limit calibration for a wide range of clients
* monitor client trading activity and limits
* quickly solve trading limits related issues
* assist the team to perform risk analysis and deliver best solutions to our clients
* help to run and improve our reports, which cover pre-trading risk, liquidity risk, clients capital monitoring, end-of-day stress calculations and other risk related items
* interact with other UBS teams both onshore and offshore to ensure client needs are met.
* work on the resolution of non-operational client issues and complaints in accordance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

Your team

You'll be working in the Global Markets Financing Risk Management team in São Paulo. We offer you a unique experience in a top broker dealer, leader in both stocks and futures trading for institutional clients in B3, with a state-of-the art view of financial markets and a best-in-class risk management.

Your expertise

* currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field with graduation date by Dec 2027 or after
* available to work on-site in São Paulo, Brazil 6 hours per day (9 a.m. to 4 p.m.)
* problem solving and logical thinking skills
* solid Excel skills (vlookup, pivot table, sumif, etc.)
* programming logic skills
* proficient language skills in Portuguese and advanced English
