* Develop and maintain data management tools using Power BI, Excel, Power Apps, and JavaScript to enhance team efficiency.
* Support data analysis processes with survey tools like Microsoft Forms to derive actionable insights.
* Contribute to automation initiatives that simplify daily tasks and enhance workflows for the entire team.
* Collaborate with a multicultural team to ensure high standards of quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
* Explore AI capabilities for data analysis to uncover insights and drive better decision-making
