Description:
1.Support and coordinate facility strategy and Lean activities.
2. Regular monitor and collect information related to Lean or smart Mfg report.
3. Responsible for performing other job duties as assigned by Caterpillar management from time to time.

Background/Experience:
1. Requires Bachelor's degree and above, experience in HR is preferred.
2.Effective communication skills and teamwork are essential competencies.
3. Good skills in 0365 software (power platform, power Bl,SharePoint is preferred)
4.Fluent in English reading and writing, speaking fluently is preferred.
