General Summary:
Main Responsibilities

1. AI Tools Research, Testing & Application
Research, test, and apply mainstream large language models and AI tools to support brand and marketing-related work
Assist in evaluating the applicability, strengths, and limitations of different AI tools in marketing scenarios

2. Marketing AI Agent Development & Optimization

Support foundational AI Agent work, including:
Structuring and organizing input information
Testing outputs and feedback from different perspectives
Participate in testing AI Agent performance in scenarios such as:
Audience insight exploration
Campaign or messaging reaction simulation
Concept or idea stress testing
Document and summarize how AI Agents are used in real marketing work and the value they create
Support the standardization and knowledge sharing of AI Agent usage

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration Support

Assist with coordination and communication between Marketing and IT / Legal / external vendors, helping translate marketing needs into requirements that are understandable and actionable for technical, legal, or vendor teams
Support meeting preparation, discussion notes, and follow-up action tracking

Skills / Experience Required

Basic Requirements
Background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data, Information Management, Engineering, or related STEM fields (undergraduate or graduate student)
Genuine interest in the intersection of AI, technology, and marketing
Active curiosity about marketing, branding, users, and business problems, not just technology itself, with an understanding that the value of technology depends on being applied to the right problem in the right way
Availability of 4-5 days per week with consistent commitment
Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; able to use English as a daily working language for written and verbal communication with global headquarters, and to read, understand, and synthesize English materials (documents, specifications, requirements, feedback)

AI / Technical Foundations
Systematic understanding or hands-on experience with mainstream AI / large language models, including but not limited to:
Model capabilities and limitations
Prompting logic
Basic AI Agent concepts
Familiar with and able to practically use mainstream AI tools or platforms, beyond theoretical knowledge
