Your Team
To support profitable growth, our largest, strategic and complex projects are an essential component. With a dedicated international team of 60 people and an even larger global community we have the commercial responsibility for national and international Complex Deals (>20mEUR TCV; up to 1bnEUR TCV) as well as special projects both, pre- and post-sales. We establish processes for a transparent view on claims and an end-to-end standardised risk management for the entire organisation which we constantly drive and improve.
Your Tasks
* Taking the role of Finance Manager in new deals in the pre-sales phase in big projects (>20mEUR) across Europe or even outside Europe
* Business case development and modelling
* Generation of a comprehensive commercial deal view for the management decision boards ensuring transparency for TSI top management and decision-makers
* Consideration of commercial guidelines, financial standards and hurdle rates and adequate risk assessment securing corporate objectives
* Collaborate with other teams including sales, solution, portfolio unit's leadership, business controlling, legal, procurement, HR and treasury.
* Helping with the evaluation and determination of the commercial terms & conditions of new contracts
* Aligning customer tactics with international processes in a very tough timeline
* Collaborate with the sales team to conduct negotiations on commercial contractual issues with customers and external partners
Your Profile
* You are studying in a business, technical or legal subject
* You have experience in IT and/or Systems Integration projects and good analytical skills with a result-oriented way of thinking
* Your strengths include a high level of commitment, a confident manner, independent work and a strong team and customer orientation
* A high level of social and intercultural competence helps you to act with deliberation and confidence in critical situations
* Very good German and English skills
This position is also available on a part-time basis.
