About the Job 

The role consists of offering support to the Workplace Services Commercial & Contract Management Operations team in the creation of Allianz Group intercompany contracts as well as the management of operational activities for the external purchase order creation with our vendors. Internal contracts are closed between Allianz Technology SE and Allianz operating entities while the purchase orders ensure compliant fulfillment of the contractual obligations between Allianz Technology SE and our external suppliers. Both serve as the basis for an audit proof commercial process when buying and selling services.

What you do

* Supporting the creation of Project Order Agreements, Run Service Order Agreements and all amendments
* Initiating spend requests for budget approval and following up the procurement process steps to reach purchase order creation in time and quality
* Exchanging information with internal parties to track and update the contractual agreements and purchase orders
* Continuously updating the progress of contract closings and external offers while thoroughly documenting their status
* Administering and storing the documentation for audit in accordance with internal policies and procedures
* Managing the team inbox to clarify and streamline upcoming nonstandard requests for agreements and/or purchase order creations

What you bring

* Enrolled in university, preferably economics, business, law or IT related
* Self-confident, open, and assertive mindset
* Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
* Good organizational and analytical skills
* Having a sense of urgency, being able to anticipate blocking points
* Fluent English written and spoken, German is optional
* Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use

You can start immediately and are interested in a working student position (16-20 h/week) or an internship (38 h/week) for a period of ideally 4 to 6 months.
