Your role

* Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic initiatives.
* Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, reports, and digital content.
* Support the coordination and execution of promotional campaigns.
* Analyze consumer trends and insights to help identify new business opportunities.
* Contribute to project management efforts, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
About you

* Currently enrolled in a university program in Marketing, Business Administration, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
* For mandatory internships: Confirmation from your university that this internship is required (e.g. excerpt from your study and/or examination regulations stating duration, scope and ECTS), to be uploaded with your application.
* Proof of enrolment (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung) for the current semester must be uploaded with the application.
* Availability from August 1, 2026
* Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently.
* Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Canva or AI tools is a plus.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management.
* Clear and confident communicator (written and verbal).
* Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
* Team-oriented with a creative and solution-focused mindset.
* Fluent in English (German or French is a plus, but not required)
