Your tasks
Whether it's a mandatory or voluntary internship - As an intern (m/f/d), you will definitely benefit from attractive remuneration and will support the team with the following responsible tasks from 01.07.2026:

* Support in analyzing errors and resolving technical problems in the Windows environment
* Processing and tracking of support requests via ticket systems (e.g. Nimbus)
* Documentation of solutions and support cases in the system
* Assistance in ensuring smooth IT operations
* Communication with users to address and resolve technical issues
* Collaboration in identifying and resolving faults and problems
* Working closely with the team to optimize support processes

Your profile
You are studying computer science, business informatics, a comparable degree program or are in a gap year.

You also have the following knowledge and skills:

* Profound knowledge in fault analysis and troubleshooting
* Experience in using ticket systems (e.g. Nimbus)
* Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems
* Distinctive customer focus and service readiness
* Strong communication skills (written and oral)
* High problem-solving expertise
