Role Overview
As photo Retoucher, you will play a key role in bringing The Frankie Shop's visual to life across our digital channels. You will be responsible for processing and managing our photos and digital content that aligns with the brand's identity while staying ahead of trends in luxury fashion and digital media.

Job Description
Reporting to the Art Direction team, the Retoucher is responsible for:
* Being able to retouch both e-commerce and editorial images
* Handling high-volume retouching with efficiency
* Working autonomously and balancing quality with productivity
* Checking and adjusting image colors when necessary to ensure accurate product representation
* Performing more advanced retouching when needed, such as background extension, body adjustments, lengthening or shortening garments, etc.
* Monitoring and following up on retouching requests from the production team
* Working effectively under pressure and managing multiple requests simultaneously
* Demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
* Being highly committed, detail-oriented, and rigorous in execution
* Proactively contributing ideas, communicating clearly with cross-functional teams (production, buying, e-commerce, etc.), and enjoying problem-solving within a fast-growing company

Skills required
* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Bridge, and Capture One
* Good knowledge of e-commerce standards
* Strong sense of aesthetics and luxury standards
* Comfortable with digital capture tools
* Strong command of Photoshop scripts/actions
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
* Knowledge of AI image generation
* Initial experience in project management and e-commerce
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Profil recherché

Profil
* Education: Master's degree (Bac +5) in Visual Communication or Photography
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role
* Self-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized
* Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
* Proven experience in photo retouching and digital content editing (portfolio required)
* Solid understanding of e-commerce standards
* Passion for fashion with a strong sense of aesthetics, composition, and storytelling
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong organizational abilities
* Previous experience in photo retouching within the luxury sector is a plus
* Based in Paris
