POSITION AND MISSIONS
You are joining our Legal Restructuring & Workout team within the Banking Department of the Legal Department, which is looking for a lawyer for a 6-month internship starting in January 2027.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Carry out legal research and analysis in the context of cases handled by the team.
* Drafting legal notes on topics relating to insolvency proceedings, banking and financial law, security rights, etc.
* Carry out a monthly case law review to present to the team.
* Assist the team in processing files: drafting letters to procedural bodies, filing claims, minutes of meetings.
* Write summary notes on certain files.
* Participate and collaborate in team meetings.
