About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Marketing Assistant to join our EMEA team for a six-month internship, starting in January. This role is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France.

Key Responsibilities:

* Product Launch Coordination:
* Coordinate the launch of over 50 collections annually across 18 EMEAI markets.
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar.
* Monitor competitive landscapes and identify market trends.
* Data Analysis and Insights:
* Analyze sales data from SAP/BI to identify performance trends and opportunities.
* Prepare detailed reports to inform strategic decision-making.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Work closely with regional teams (visual merchandising, events, social media, advertising, and online) to ensure seamless product launches.
* Provide strategic guidance and creative assets to support market initiatives.
* Market Support:
* Offer daily support to EMEAI markets to ensure efficient information dissemination.
* Forecasting and Planning:
* Develop forecasting guidelines for new product launches and update plans as needed.
* Communication and Reporting:
* Create and distribute weekly regional newsletters to keep affiliates informed.
* Manage product lineup changes and assortment strategies.Ideal Candidate:

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluent in English
