POSITION: TALENT & ENGAGEMENT INTERN
DEPARTMENT: HR

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Support on the full Talent Management strategy, including the attraction, recruitment, development, and engagement, of LVMH employees across Head Office and Retail. Help to create a culture of belonging and inclusive high performance through effective internal communications and proactive employee engagement initiatives.

KEY COMPETENCIES/TECHNICAL SKILLS Experience of operating in a fast-paced corporate environment. Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills, alongside excellent time management and prioritisation. Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign) or Canva. Meticulous attention to detail and a consistently high standard of accuracy. Passion for and knowledge of social media, with an eye for engaging internal communications. Confident user of Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
