We are currently seeking a VM Admin Intern to complete a 6 month internship in London. The intern will be supporting the VM team in all activities linked to VM project management and to the drawing up of corporate documents. The intern will be involved in the following activities:
* Support the development of corporate presentations
* Support the development and constant update of the VM calendars.
* Graphic development of creative projects guidelines (shop windows, pop-in, internal takeovers).
* Support the management of Visual Tools prototypes and production.
* Support the organization of VM project approval meetings and generally support in all the project planning activities.
* Manage the data entry of new suppliers via dedicated portals

Please note: Candidates must be available to work full-time 40 hours per week. Available to start by 5th of June 2026 and has the right to work in the UK.

Retail VM first experience of minimum 6 months IT abilities and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), previous knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is considered a plus.
