Fashion strategy team is responsible for the business analysis, strategy & policy design and GTM of the policies In this role, you will be doing day-to day data analysis to diagnose business opportunities and prepare document, help to do industry research and compile documents to present strategies and collaborate with cross-functional team to facilitate the policy GTM and resource Responsibilities - Data Tracking & Dashboarding: Monitor and analyze daily/weekly core e-commerce metrics (GMV, CVR, CTR, GPM) across major e-commerce platforms in the Indonesian market. - Market & Competitor Research: Conduct deep-dive research on the Indonesian fashion industry (e.g., Modest wear, womenswear), tracking competitor pricing, seller tiering, and promotional strategies. - Strategic Insights: Assist the strategy team in building analytical models (e.g., seller segmentation quadrants) to translate raw data into actionable business insights. - Policy Monitoring: Track and summarize local e-commerce policy updates, platform fee structures, and shipping rule changes to support strategic decision-making
Ihr Profil:
Minimum Qualifications - Currently enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related analytical fields - Solid foundation in SQL (ability to extract and process large datasets) and Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas). - Data Sensitivity: Strong logical thinking and analytical skills; highly sensitive to numbers and capable of spotting anomalies or trends quickly. - Able to commit to at least 5 days per week onsite for a minimum of 3 months. Preferred Qualifications - Industry Experience: Prior internship experience in E-commerce, Tech companies, or top-tier consulting firms. - Advanced Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) or programming languages (Python, R) for data processing.
