As Intern - Production Planner you will support the coordination and expedition of parts according to Customer's needs.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities
* Learn how to engage with internal customers and how to understand and define their requirements
* Assist in translating internal customer priorities to the shop floor
* Support the oversight of processes to ensure timely delivery and adherence to Turn-Around-Time (TAT) targets
* Collaborate with the Fulfillment Manager and Program Manager on customer induction forecasts
* Help to communicate induction plans to the shop floor team
* Assist in analyzing performance gaps using problem-solving approaches
* Provide status updates and assist in developing recovery plans as needed
* Support the Fulfillment and Program Managers in addressing work stoppages and excusable delays
* Monitor customer output performance and satisfaction levels on a monthly basis
* Work cross-functionally to gather and provide necessary information to meet customer requirements
* Maintain daily contact with various shop levels to ensure smooth operations
* Assist in preparing monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) analysis reports

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering field, preferably in Mechanical, Management or Industrial Engineering
* Knowledge of MS Office
* Able to work in team
* Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn
* Good oral and written communication skills
* Fluent Italian and English both oral and written
* Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
