Il flow controller è responsabile della fornitura materiali (componenti e prodotti finiti). Principali attività: * Gestione dell'approvvigionamento componenti: obiettivo è assicurare la disponibilità dello stock "on time at right place". * Lavorare con i fornitori (italiani ed esteri) per rispettare i piani di consegna e gestire criticità * Gestire il flusso richieste clienti e relative priorità * Assicurare che lo stock sia disponibile analizzando e svolgendo le corrette azioni per evitare shortages e per ottimizzare il valore delle giacenze/parametri MRP * Definire le modalità di trasporto della merce in entrata/uscita * Essere il primo contatto dei fornitori e lavorare a stretto contatto con: il Downstream planning leader per le giuste priorità di produzione e gestione della fila d'attesa, l'Upstream planning leader per la validazione dei forecasts prima di inviare ai fornitori e per le criticità ricorrenti/strutturali degli stessi e il magazzino per supportare le attività di analisi cause delta inventariali * Partecipare attivamente alle riunioni giornaliere con il team interfunzionale di riferiment Requisiti: - Laurea in Ingegneria gestionale - Inglese fluente - Buone doti organizzative e comunicative - Capacità di lavorare in team - Proattività e buona gestione dello stress At Schneider, we believe that every employee is a talent who deserves equal opportunities.
