Your role:

* Support Planning Department

Main responsibilities:

* Support the planning and coordination of both outbound and inbound transportation activities, ensuring efficiency and service quality

* Assist in the daily management of transport operations through SAP Transport Cockpit

* Prepare and manage invoicing processes, along with all required documentation for extra-EU shipments

* Collaborate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operational flows

* Contribute to reporting activities, leveraging Excel to analyse data and monitor performance

Main requirements:

* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach

* Master's Degree in Economics, Engineering or related field

* Genuine interest in transportation and logistics

* Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

* A graduate with a degree in a relevant field

* Highly detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills

* A team player with a collaborative mindset

* Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel
