Team Introduction TikTok LIVE-Regional Operations-Japan aims to empower a safe, authentic, and inclusive LIVE environment and provide the best real-time experience that cultivates a sense of belonging, enhances real-life experience, enables diverse businesses and provides economic opportunities for people to interact in real-time. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Oversee end-to-end management of Top & Pre-top creators on TikTok LIVE, analyze creator profiles and live behaviors via qualitative and quantitative methods, and support revenue & fan growth strategy design and implementation. 2. Plan, launch and evaluate creator workshops, seminars and campaigns, and maintain creator communities plus official communication channels. 3. Research market and competitors to build full-cycle creator strategies including recruitment, training and community engagement. 4. Support full lifecycle delivery of creator events, from pre-planning and execution to post-event data analysis. 5. Create training materials to improve creators' live streaming ability, set and track KPIs, and leverage data analysis to iterate operational strategies. 6. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure steady delivery of all creator-related projects

Ihr Profil:

Minimum Qualifications 1. Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program or above. 2. Able to work on-site at our Tokyo office; available to start ASAP, attend 3 working days per week and commit until the end of December 3. Advanced Japanese proficiency paired with fluent English or Chinese to support frequent communication with global internal and external stakeholders. CV must be submitted in English, and all interviews & assessments will be conducted in Japanese, English, and/or Chinese 4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in a diverse team Preferred Qualifications 1. Self-motivated, quick to learn and take initiative 2. Strong passion for live streaming business, keen interest in the entertainment industry 3. Relevant knowledge or practical experience in data analysis and statistics 4.
