The Global Transaction Banking team provides integrated cash management, payments, liquidity, trade and working capital solutions to commercial and corporate clients. We partner closely with commercial coverage teams to help clients optimize cash flow, manage operational risk, and support domestic and cross-border business activity. Through a combination of specialized expertise, digital platforms, and global connectivity, we enable clients to run their businesses more efficiently and scale across markets.
Is this role right for you?
With Aspire, you'll gain early exposure to Commercial Banking by working on meaningful projects and learning directly from experienced professionals. You'll have opportunities to:
* Collect and assimilate information necessary to support new and ongoing strategic initiatives.
* Conduct reviews of existing sales management reports and metrics, offering solutions for improved data, analysis, and processes.
* Develop, sustain, and evolve a client-centric sales culture and operating model.
* Understand clients' end-to-end journeys through onboarding and sustainment, providing administrative support and service for inquiries raised by Sales teams, along with actionable recommendations.
* Support the regional implementation and communication of initiatives and products in alignment with national business objectives.
* Champion a client-focused culture to build and deepen relationships with clients and internal partners, leveraging the Bank's broader relationships, systems, and knowledge.
* Ensure that the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture are considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.

Key requirements:

* You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
* You have good presentation skills and consistently demonstrate professionalism
* You have a natural curiosity and eagerness to learn about Commercial Banking
