Role description:
Arcadis is growing-and we want you to grow with us! Due to an exciting surge in projects, we're opening the door for a talented Civil Engineer to join our Land/Site Development Team. This is your chance to make an impact on projects that shape communities.
In this hybrid role, you'll work on some of the most dynamic and complex civil development projects-think hospitals, airports, residential neighborhoods, shopping centers, and educational campuses. If you bring strong technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for creating innovative solutions, we'd love to have you on our team!
Role accountabilities:
* Prepare site development plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar software
* Design grading, drainage, stormwater systems, and utility layouts
* Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies
* Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
* Coordinate with architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies
* Prepare cost estimates, schedules, and project documentation
Qualifications & Experience:
* 3 or more years working in land development or site civil projects
* Detailed knowledge of relevant national/state standards and codes of practice
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (required) - EIT or PEng. certification preferred
* Proficiency in Civil 3D, stormwater modeling, and related tools
* Strong knowledge of zoning, permitting, and regulatory processes
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Commitment to health and safety

The salary range for this position is $57,000 - $80,000. The base salary represents Arcadis' hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
