EDUCATIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS
Currently a candidate for diploma, bachelor's or master's degree in network technology, Computer/Software/Electrical/Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with an accredited school in Canada.
What you will do:
* Troubleshoot customer network issues across various IP Service Router platforms.
* Manage and support network environments using Nokia SR Linux (SRL), including configuration, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
* Assist in reproducing customer issues in the lab and documenting test results.
* Perform basic configuration tasks on routers and switches under supervision.
* Identify opportunities for automation and develop solutions.
* Help prepare presentations or summaries based on findings from lab tests or customer cases.
* Participate in continuous learning through internal workshops, trainings, and shadowing opportunities
Ihr Profil:
You Have:
* Knowledge of concepts like the OSI model, TCP/IP, subnetting, routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP), and switching technologies (e.g., VLANs, STP)
* Strong knowledge of Linux platforms
* Strong knowledge of coding and automation
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
* Excellent written communication skills
* Quick learner and willing to share knowledge with others on the team
It Would Be Nice If You Also Had
* IP Certifications or equivalent
* Basic knowledge of how to configure routers and switches
* Exposure to tools such as Wireshark and IXIA
