What will your typical day look like?
You will play a pivotal role on a collaborative engagement team with responsibilities that range from analyzing client issues and interviewing key personnel to developing recommendations and authoring presentations. You will have the opportunity to leverage your professional background and skills by specializing immediately or by gaining exposure to several industries and competencies during your first few years with the firm.
As a member of the Enterprise, Technology and Performance offering, you will help clients achieve the maximum possible impact and value from their investments in Finance, Supply Chain or IT operations, using a holistic view of key business functions from strategy articulation through process design and technology enablement.
About the team
At Deloitte, our Supply Chain and Network Operations practice helps clients imagine, deliver, and run their Digital Supply Network to meet tomorrow's challenges and opportunities. As an intern, you will be part of a team that works on a diverse range of projects designed to transform supply chains and create measurable impacts. Our work spans from designing and automating warehouses to conducting manufacturing footprint assessments, developing supply chain strategies, and implementing procurement and demand planning solutions. These projects are not only technical in nature but also strategic, requiring innovative thinking and data-driven insights.
Every engagement we take on is focused on achieving critical objectives for our clients: increasing resilience in their operations, reducing costs, enhancing flexibility to adapt to market changes, expanding production capacity, and enabling competitive advantage through digital transformation. You may find yourself contributing to the design of automated warehouse systems that improve throughput, supporting governance for large-scale transformation programs, or helping assess global manufacturing networks to optimize production and distribution. Other projects involve leveraging advanced analytics to improve demand forecasting and inventory management or implementing digital procurement platforms to streamline sourcing and supplier collaboration.
Our approach combines programmatic methodologies with cutting-edge analytics to deliver advisory-led transformations that improve top-line growth, lower costs, and provide greater visibility at both executive and operational levels. Working with us means exposure to a wide range of industries across Canada and internationally, and the opportunity to learn from experts in supply management, digital procurement, planning and fulfillment, and manufacturing strategy. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience in shaping the future of supply chains and network operations. Learn More.
