About Us
We are seeking highly motivated intern to join us - Mercedes-Benz Parts Logistics Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Finance related topic within a fast-paced environment
Key Resposibilties
* Accounts Payable & Receivable: Monitor daily e-invoicing for both AP and AR to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
* Asset Management: Assist with asset tagging and other asset management activities to maintain accurate records.
* Tax and Compliance: Support tax filing processes and other compliance-related tasks as required.
* Credit Management: Oversee letters of credit, advance payments, and bank guarantees issued by customers; verify document completeness before submission to banks.
* Reporting Support: Assist in preparing key financial reports, including the AML report, Maveric Buy report, weekly Accounts Receivable aging report, and weekly revenue report. Support journal voucher preparation and related documentation as needed.
* Internal Controls: Support the implementation of Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) procedures to maintain compliance with headquarters' policies.
* Audit Support: Provide assistance during external audits by ensuring that all required documentation is complete and submitted promptly.
* Ad-hoc Tasks: Participate in various team projects and assignments as directed.

Qualifikationen

Qualifications
* Degree / Professional Study in Accounting

Specific knowledge/ Skill
* Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting and Finance, or related field.
* Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Must be able to complete 6 months internship (start date Mid-February
2026 - 31 August 2026)

* Microsoft Excel - Expert
* Microsoft PowerPoint - Intermediate
* Microsoft Words - Intermediate
* Microsoft PowerBI - Basic
* SAP - Preferred
* Language skills: English - Advance Level
* Bahasa Malaysia - Advance Level
