Job Description & Role Responsibilities:
* Responsible for ensuring the quality and managing the requirements of the Hosted Solutions platforms developed for both internal and external customers worldwide
* Work alongside a team of specialists within the Hosted Solutions domain, providing
* Proactive and reactive support to maintain the reliability and performance of our platforms
* You will be part of the team to collaborate across regions to deliver excellence
Qualifications:
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
* Basic understanding of software development and software testing principles
* Good command of English, both spoken and written
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Interest in requirement analysis and user experience (UX) concepts
* Creative thinker who enjoys finding new and better ways to do things
