Your day to day tasks are:
* Assist in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals
* Collect and analyze project requirements, specifications, compliance checklist, and documentation for submission
* Support cost estimation and pricing activities under guidance from bid manager
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders (technical, engineering, sales, procurement) to gather necessary inputs for bids.
* Maintain accurate records of bid submissions and related documentation.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Bid Management team.
