Quality/IT Intern

This role is part of the Internship Programme, aimed at attracting high-performing undergraduate students in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
It offers project-based experience, meaningful exposure to the medical device industry, and opportunities for professional growth and future career development.

What will you be doing?

* Develop automated workflows and digital tools to streamline operational processes, improve efficiency, and support data-driven decision making through dashboards and business trend analysis.
* (30%) Collaborate closely with managers to deliver assigned internship projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
* (30%) Support engineering activities, including conducting software stress testing and assisting in the preparation of Computer System Validation (CSV) documentation to ensure compliance and system reliability.

What will you need to be successful?

* Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related disciplines, with the role based in Bandar Cassia, Penang.
* Open to fresh graduates or undergraduates undergoing industrial training, with strong analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills. Candidates should possess basic programming knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
