Task Description
* Update records in the e-Dealer Management System (EDMS) in accordance with company procedures.
* Assist in handling and preparing custom documentation (AP).
* Support invoice validation by verifying invoices against supporting documents and system records.
* Support logistics documentation, filing, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
* Assist in daily operational actions in the SWT (SAP) system.
* Support logistics operations by coordinating and scheduling trucking arrangements.
* Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on the VX & STS system.
* Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor to support logistics operations.

Qualifikationen

Specific Knowledge and Skills
* Final year students pursuing Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or any other relevant disciples.
* Good communication and good command of English language.
* Excellent computer skills especially in MS Office - Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
* Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team
