What will you do?
* Support the end-to-end recruitment process for operational roles (operators, technicians, etc.).
* Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
* Manage job postings and candidate pipelines in recruitment systems.
* Support mass hiring events and hiring campaigns (including job fairs)
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
* Monitor recruitment KPIs (time to fill, pipeline health) and provide updates.
* Collaborate closely with HRBP, Hiring Managers, and Talent Acquisition teams.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
* Availability to work part-time/full-time as per internship requirements.
* Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
* Basic knowledge of HR concepts is a plus.
* Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint preferred).
* Strong communication skills
* Availability to work 100% onsite.
* Availability to work from 7 a.m. - 2 p.m. or 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
* Graduation date mid-2027.
