What will you do?
* Support HR operations for Monterrey 2 manufacturing plant and Central Functions.
* Assist with onboarding and employee lifecycle activities, including new hire documentation, contract administration, onboarding sessions, buddy program coordination, and employee records management.
* Support employee engagement and well-being initiatives, events, recognition activities, and internal communications.
* Help maintain HR metrics and reports related to headcount, turnover, absenteeism, overtime, vacations, and workforce indicators.
* Collaborate on HR projects focused on talent development, succession planning, workforce analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Provide administrative support for employee benefits, retention programs, and HR processes.
* Assist in creating newsletters, presentations, communications, and other materials that help strengthen employee experience and organizational culture.
* Partner with multiple stakeholders across manufacturing operations, logistics, and central functions to support business and people priorities.

Who will you report to?
* This position reports directly to the Human Resources Business Partner supporting Monterrey 2 Plant and Central Functions.
* As an individual contributor, the intern will work closely with HR team members, manufacturing leaders, supervisors, logistics teams, central functions, and employees across the organization.
* The role offers broad exposure to HR operations and strategic people initiatives while collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Development, or a related field.
* Graduation date of at least 12 months from the internship start date.
* Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
* Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
* Previous experience in student projects, internships, volunteer activities, or leadership roles is a plus.
* Demonstrated interest in Human Resources, organizational development, talent management, or employee experience.
*Availability to work 100% on-site.
