Trade Marketing - Travel Retail
As part of the Travel Retail Trade Marketing team, you will support the global team in expanding Rituals' presence across international travel retail partners. You'll contribute to both strategic and operational initiatives, helping ensure brand consistency and excellence across airports, cruises & ferry lines, and duty-free environments.

Some of your responsibilities:
* Agency Briefings: Assist in preparing, following up, and providing feedback on agency briefings tailored to Travel Retail campaigns and activations.
* Campaign Evaluations: Support quarterly evaluations of Travel Retail campaigns to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
* Commercial Cycle Briefing: Help adapt the global Commercial Cycle Briefing to fit Travel Retail needs, including channel-specific nuances and partner requirements.
* Monthly Newsletter: Draft content and updates for the Travel Retail monthly newsletter, highlighting key launches, activations, and performance insights.
* M&S InOut Process: Manage the Marketing & Sales InOut process, ensuring timely updates and alignment with Travel Retail timelines.
* Social Media Toolkit: Brief and update the Travel Retail social media toolkit with relevant assets and messaging for partners.
* Partner Websites: Maintain and update brand pages and banners on Travel Retail partner websites to reflect current campaigns and launches.
* Facts & Figures: Compile and refresh key facts and figures for Travel Retail reports, presentations, and stakeholder updates.
* Marketing Closet & Logistics: Handle logistics for the Travel Retail marketing closet, including organizing materials and coordinating package shipments from the office.

Qualifications:

All internships are located in Amsterdam, at our Central Head Office. We are looking for interns for 40 hours a week, from February 2026, for 6 months.
Other requirements are:
* Education: Currently studying in HBO/WO education in Communication/ BA/Hotel Management/ Marketing/Branding other. *Please note we can only accept applications from candidates who are actively enrolled in their study.
* You are currently based in the Netherlands and can work from our Amsterdam office
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Good skills: planning, organization, and multitasking
* You can work with Canva, PowerPoint, and Excel
