RESPONSIBILITIES Together with your future manager, make a difference in our 2 biggest campus projects (First Gen and Dare To Do More): How to attract Gen Z? How to make the recruitment, pre-boarding and onboarding at PepsiCo the best experience? Act as a real matchmaker between a candidate and their possible future career within PepsiCo. You can't wait to convince them of a PepsiCo job! Aside from thinking about how to best recruit the next generation, you also spend time on the Intern Community. From organizing workshops & creating the intern newsletter to having informal events, the Intern Community offers opportunities to learn, connect and share your experiences at PepsiCo.
