HR | Business Administration Internship (non-thesis): Talent Engagement and Community Management

Introduction

Join ASML's Talent Engagement team and help us build strong connections with future talent. Our team works closely with Communications and Recruitment to create meaningful relationships with schools, students, and professionals. This internship will give you the chance to contribute to programs like scholarships, PhD masterclasses, and tech talent communities. Your assignment

You will support our efforts to engage and grow talent communities. Your work will help us strengthen ASML's presence among students and professionals. You will collaborate with a passionate team while taking ownership of your tasks.

Your main responsibilities will be:
* Support the development and execution of student programs and events.
* Engage with online communities by sharing content and answering questions.
* Contribute to social media activities to attract and inspire talent.
* Assist with implementing and improving community management processes.
* Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
* Take initiative and propose ideas to enhance engagement strategies.

This is a bachelor or master apprentice internship for a minimum of 4 months, 4-5 days per week (Minimum 3 days on-site). The start date of this internship is as of February 2026.

Your profile

To be suitable for the internship, you:
* Are enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business administration, communication, or a related field.
* Have strong communication skills and enjoy connecting with people.
* Are proactive and comfortable taking initiative.
* Are eager to learn and open to new ideas.
* Work well in a collaborative environment.

Other requirements you need to meet:
* You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
* Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;
* You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
* If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
