Your Role

We are looking for a student that will support our team and keep our projects up and running! In your new role, you will work with our development team, and support with requirement and change management. You will learn how to manage changes, coordinate product data management, and maintain the product databases.

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Collaborate Effectively: Support pre- and post-processing of data within our corporate IT platforms
* Manage Documentation and Access: Maintain and update the knowledge database with textual and graphical content, manage access rights
* Ensure Reliability: Maintain configuration setups for product development project data to ensure accuracy and consistency
* Shape Innovation: Communicate with internal teams and external international developer teams to facilitate smooth collaboration
* Maintain Oversight: Create and update weekly reports on large data sets using dedicated reporting tools
* Enhance Your Skills: Work with innovative AI tools to support your professional development

Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: min. 12 months

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Education: Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools, experience in customer service, process/operations, and documentation
* Interests: Highly motivated to learn about change management activities and tools with a strong sense of self-initiative
* Work Style: Highly organized and structured, analytical mindset with a proactive and motivated approach to tasks
* Teamwork: Team player with excellent communication skills and a desire to work in an international team
* Language Skills: Very good command of English, both written and spoken, with German as a plusThis position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2025.pdf).
