Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Configuration and Change Management: Assist in maintaining product configurations, baselines, and configuration records to ensure project data remains accurate and up to date
* Requirements Management: Support the documentation, organization, and traceability of requirements throughout the development process
* Documentation and Quality Compliance: Review and maintain project documents while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and relevant quality standards
* Tool Administration and User Support: Provide support for engineering tools such as Windchill, JIRA, and JAMA, helping users with basic tool-related activities
* Reporting and Project Support: Prepare traceability and coverage reports and support project teams with configuration and documentation-related tasks
* Process Improvement and Automation: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and assist in developing simple scripts or automation solutions for routine activities

Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Education: Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
* Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Attention to Detail: Structured and detail-oriented working style with a focus on accuracy and quality
* Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively and work independently
* Technical Skills: Basic understanding of semiconductor development, knowledge of automotive development processes, ISO 26262, or requirements and configuration management is a plus, familiarity with engineering and project management tools such as JIRA, JAMA, or SVN is an advantage, basic programming or scripting skills (e.g., Python or similar) are beneficial and support process automation activities
* Language Skills: Fluent in English, German language skills are considered a plus
This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2026-05-01.pdf).
