🌟 Role Objective
As a Sales Operations Intern - ISG, you will support the Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) sales team in Peru, participating in the end-to-end sales process. This includes managing purchase orders from intake and validation through to final delivery, ensuring full visibility and accurate tracking of each order's status.
This role has a strong operational and coordination focus, contributing to the efficiency of the sales process through order tracking, system updates, reporting, and communication with clients and internal teams. You will also help enhance the customer experience through organized, accurate, and proactive execution.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
* Provide support to the ISG sales team in managing the sales process.
* Track purchase orders (POs) from intake through final delivery.
* Validate the correct entry of orders and monitor their progress in production.
* Coordinate product dispatch and follow up on logistics.
* Share order status updates with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Maintain and continuously update information in ERP systems.
* Generate operational reports upon request (inventory, budget, credits, etc.).
* Support the preparation of technical information and/or configuration of demo equipment for clients.
* Assist in handling customer inquiries and post-sales follow-up.
* Collaborate with different internal teams to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
* Gradually take on additional responsibilities depending on development within the role (sales support or technical/pre-sales focus).
✅ Requirements
* Advanced university student (from 8th semester onwards) in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields.
* Intermediate level of English (mainly for reading technical documentation).
* Intermediate Excel skills (required).
* Knowledge or interest in the technology industry / IT infrastructure (data processing or storage solutions) is a plus.
* Knowledge or exposure to bidding/tender processes is a plus.
* Strong organizational and planning skills.
* Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
* High level of accountability and ownership.

📅 Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)
⏰ Schedule: Part-time (6 hours per day), flexible based on university schedule
