This Position reports to:AR Team Lead

Collection is a key part of the Order-to-Cash process, focused on ensuring that customers pay their invoices on time. In this role, you act as a link between the company and its customers-monitoring outstanding payments, following up on overdue invoices, and helping resolve any issues that may delay payment. It combines communication, problem-solving, and financial analysis to support healthy cash flow and strong customer relationships.

About the Internship:

* Start date: as soon as possible (preferably May or June 2026)
* Work in a modern office in Kraków
* Hybrid work model (1 day in the office, 4 days working from home per week)
* We expect availability of at least 30 hours per week

Your responsibilities:

* Providing daily support to the Collection Team
* Performing simple tasks, such as retrieving invoice copies from the system and sending them to customers
* Reviewing and verifying comments in reports
* Managing a customer portfolio
* Supporting system processes, e.g. sending statements or payment reminders
* Maintaining customer relationships and collaborating with adjacent teams

Requirements:

* Student in a field related to finance, accounting, controlling, taxation, GBS or similar (active student status)
* Fluency in Polish
* English at a minimum B1+ level
* Familiarity with tools such as SAP and Microsoft Office is a plus
