As a GBS Integrated Talent Management (ITM) Intern you'll support GBS ITM Sr. Manager and GBS ITM Sr. Specialist in the implementation of the department Strategy & Plan. Some of the tasks would be:

* Coordinate GBS Learning & Development activities (e.g. LEAP leadership development pathways, License to Lead, core business trainings, etc.)

* Co-write and release L&D communications and reminders to employees

* Analyze L&D metrics and evaluation surveys that support decision making process

* Track attendance of employees in all GBS L&D activities

* Prepare purchasing orders for L&D activities

* Respond to employee's queries regarding GBS L&D activities, liaise with the learning teams, whenever needed

* Support in the implementation/execution of relevant ITM projects and activities

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* A university graduate up to 6 months after graduation or a student of a 3rd, 4th or 5th year available for min. 30 h per week. (preferably in Psychology, Labor Relations or similar related to Human Resources)

* English (fluent level)

* Learning on the fly (quick in learning new things and able to find his/her way)

* Good analytical skills

* Good level of Excel & PowerPoint

* Collaboration

* Customer orientation
