Internship - Travel & Expenses Team

The position

As part of your studies or as a graduate, are you interested in an internship with an internationally successful company that has already received several awards as the best employer and is one of the world's leading manufacturers of innovative pharmaceuticals? If accounting is in your area of interest, we can offer you a paid internship in the Travel and Expense team in an international environment. You can take the opportunity to gain an insight into source to pay processes for EMEA region and actively accompany them.
The start of the paid internship is planned from July 2026 and the duration is 6 months on hybrid mode in Wrocław.

Tasks & responsibilities

As an Intern in Travel & Expenses team, you are responsible for:

* Assisting Travel and Expense Team in processing expense claims in Concur
* Supporting Travel and Expense team in the regular support activities in ServiceNow
* Gathering data for ad hoc reports

About our future Intern

You should speak English language (min. B2) and have the willingness to learn on the job. You put attention to detail and have problem-solving skills with high level of reliability and confidentiality.

Additionally, we are looking for:

* Students or graduates in the field of economics, administration, accounting or finance
* Knowledge of MS Office (be expert in Excel is a plus)
* Proactivity with time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
* Distinct empathy, team spirit and service-oriented mindset
* German, Spanish, French or Italian language is a plus
