A Day in the Life

The goal of the internship is to learn how to manage sales processes in a professional and structured way by supporting lead generation, customer interactions, market research, CRM activities, and working closely with the Sales team. Your contributions will make a real impact!

Internship details
* Start Date: June 2026
* Location: Warsaw, Poland
* Duration: 6 months (with possibility to extend for another 6 months)
* Working Time: 30 hours per week (with flexibility)
* Work model: hybrid

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
* Supporting the identification and prospecting of new leads
* Assisting with customer interactions via email and phone
* Helping with basic market research and competitor analysis
* Supporting the preparation of sales reports, documentation, and CRM updates
* Assisting with database management and client onboarding activities
* Participating in team meetings and supporting sales initiatives
* Working closely with the Sales team and Sales Leaders in daily activities
Management

Required Knowledge and Skills:
* Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration or related fields
* Fluency in Polish and English
* Very good knowledge of MS office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Proactive attitude with a genuine interest in sales, combined with strong communication and negotiation skills
* Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to prioritize tasks while managing multiple activities
* Curious, adaptable, and a friendly team player willing to work in an international environment
