[Internship] Data base BIW Validations   
🚀 The internship is part of the RGE-VBS4 DIMENSIONNEMENT Department within Renault Technologie Roumanie.

Duration: 4 months
Schedule: 30 hours/week (6 hours/day)
Location: Bucharest
Working Type: hybrid (3 days at the office, 2 days from home)

🛠️ What will you do?
Creation data base for BIW validation:
* Synthesis for BIW validation test procedures and CDC
* Check list of content for test reports
* Teste reports examples with OK and NOK results
* Analysis methods for NOK results
* Potential solutions for NOK results
* Simulation reports
* Verify that the test report is complete and compliant with internal standards.
* Provide a synthesis of all NOK (non-conform) results.
* Compare NOK physical test outcomes with numerical simulation results.
* Formulate recommendations for further analyses and define potential action plans.
* Benchmark the results against data from previous projects.
* Consolidate the full validation history, including all RETEX (feedback and lessons learned).
Interlocutori: LST structura, CdP Filiera Numerica, LIS, PFS.

🎯 The profile we are looking for:
* Students (minimum 2nd year of Bachelor's) or Bachelor's/Master's graduates in the field of mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, aerospace engineering or related areas (robotics, machine building technology etc).
* Basic knowledge of numerical simulations (FEA - finite element analysis).
* MS Office (Excel, Ppt)
* Knowledge of using AI tools (Copilot, Chat Gpt etc).
* Foreign languages: English - minimum B2 level; French - is an advantage.
* Multicultural communication skills, both within the company and externally.
