Job Description - Hospitality Intern (F&B Service)

We are a small, family-run lakeside hotel with an on-site restaurant in central Switzerland. We are looking for motivated Hospitality Interns to support our Food & Beverage service team during the season.

This internship is ideal for students or career starters who would like to gain hands-on experience in restaurant service and daily hotel operations in a real working environment.

Main responsibilities:
* Supporting the restaurant service team (serving food and beverages, clearing tables, basic guest interaction)
* Assisting with daily restaurant setup and closing duties
* Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the service area
* Supporting general day-to-day operations during busy service periods
* Working closely with a small international team

What we are looking for:
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Reliability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Interest in hospitality and food & beverage service
* Good team spirit and flexibility
* Basic English required; German is an advantage but not mandatory
