Job Description

►Support in FCM\Security services activities (access control, creation of ID and external cards and training)
►Administration of HSE (Health and Safety) procedures, supporting documentation, creation and updating of HSE communication channels (Docupedia)
►Support in HSE trainings, administration of documentation for official cars
►Assistance in coordinates regular facility maintenance (breakdowns, hygiene, restaurant)
►Creation of purchase orders, FCM training, creation and maintenance of the FCM Docupedia page
►Assistance with onboarding training, recording and issuing mechanical keys to employees
►Administration of documentation for company cars

Ihr Profil:

Qualifications

► Final-year student or recent graduate in a technical or business-related field (e.g. Engineering, Management, or Business Administration)
► Excellent organizational and time management skills
► English language proficiency, both written and spoken
► Clear and effective communication skills
► Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
► Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
