You'll make a difference by:

* Develop Digital Content: Create and execute content strategies for our website, social media, and internal communication channels to drive brand awareness.
* Produce Visual Assets: Utilize graphic design and video editing tools to create high-impact visuals and videos for various branding and marketing campaigns.
* Monitor Social Media Trends: Track online conversations about the brand, analyze engagement data, and evaluate analytics to optimize social media performance.
* Support Brand Initiatives: Assist in aligning marketing activities with global objectives to build long-term brand equity and awareness.
* Coordinate Events & Logistics: Manage the end-to-end planning for online and in-person branding activities and internal culture initiatives.
* Collaborate Across Departments: Partner with diverse, international teams to ensure all content is cohesive and reflects the unified brand identity.

You'll win us over by:

* Academic Background: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
* Design Proficiency: Skilled in video and graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop), CapCut, or Canva.
* Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tell compelling stories across different platforms.
* Proactive & Detailed: High attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment.
* Collaborative Mindset: A reliable team player who is adaptable and eager to learn within a vibrant international team.
* Availability: Ability to commit to a minimum 6-month internship tenure to see projects from conception to completion.
