About the Team The Global Payment team provides payment solutions to ensure that users have a smooth and secure payment experience across our platforms and services. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at ByteDance aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Successful candidates must be able to commit to either of the following Internships - From January to June (onboard by 12 Jan 2026) - From May to August (onboard by 11 May 2026) Responsibilities: - Quantitatively assess the credit risk of lending products through data analysis, and formulate corresponding risk management strategies based on the assessment results. - Monitor and analyze risk indicators of credit business, issue early warnings and handle abnormal situations in a timely manner. - Analyze data that may be used in business operations, evaluate its value to credit business, and design related application strategies. - Collaborate with business departments and other relevant teams to jointly control and reduce business risks

Ihr Profil:

Minimum Qualifications: - Undergraduate or Master's student majoring in Statistics, Data Science, Management Science, or other related technical disciplines; strong interest in data analysis and credit risk preferred. - Solid data analysis and statistical skills, with proficiency in SQL and Python. - Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely with business and relevant departments. - Ability to commit to at least a 3-month internship, 2-4 days per week. Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree in Statistics or related fields. - Familiarity with credit risk management in areas such as BNPL, Cash Loan, and Supply Chain Finance preferred.
